All orders will be processed and ready for pick up or shipping within 72 hours of purchase date. 

WE WILL GET ALL ORDERS THAT REQUESTED DELIVERY IN THE MAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE HOWEVER WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS. THE ONLY WAY TO GUARANTEE YOUR PURCHASE WILL BE ON TIME FOR CHRISTMAS IS TO PICK IT UP FROM OUR GOLF SHOP.

If you have selected delivery you are responsible for paying the $5 flat delivery charge. If you selected the delivery option but did not select to pay the $5 delivery charge you will be charged a $10 delivery fee and your items will not be shipped until that $10 delivery fee is paid. All deliveries will be made by Canada Post. Redwoods takes no responsibility for purchased items once they are shipped as they are now in the care of Canada Post. If you have selected to pick up your purchased items in the Golf Shop please bring in your emailed receipt as confirmation of the purchase.

There is a maximum sale of four (4) Green Fee packages of ANY kind per person as we have limited quantities available. If any one person purchases more than four (4) Green Fee packages the number of packages over four will not be delivered or prepared for pick up and the individual will be refunded for the amount they purchased beyond four packages. 

There are no refunds, with the exception of the above scenario, on Green Fees packages or lessons purchased from the online store.
