Donation Requests for Community Fundraisers or Charitable Events
At Redwoods we are thrilled to be able to help support our local communities! Money raised for good causes means that we can find cures faster and ensure better futures for everyone.
We fully believe that every request for a donation is for a worthy cause. As major supporters in our local Langley community, we do receive a large number of donation requests each week; therefore we must evaluate each request according to our donation guidelines and our budget, which varies each year.
We accept donation requests year-round. However, requests must be submitted a minimum of 30 days prior to the event date. Only those submitted within this time frame will be considered. Please be aware that not all requests are guaranteed a donation--many factors play into our decision process for providing donations.

Please put "Donation Request" in the subject line, and attach the official letter outlining the fundraiser details. Please copy and paste the text below into the body of the email, and complete the information before submitting the donation request:
