After nearly one and a half years of construction, the pipeline work and course rebuild are finally complete as of September 2023! Hover over or click on the images for more details on when and where the photos were taken.

The Rebuild

Our long par 4 hole 11 has probably seen the most obvious construction throughout the pipeline work. The pipeline was installed in trenches dug right down the middle of the fairway. This same route was also used as a main road for large construction vehicles to access the rest of the golf course. It may have looked a little chaotic during the construction process but now, you would never know!

During pipeline construction, pretty much the entire area was stripped of turf. All of the drainage and irrigation were decommissioned, and wooden matting was laid over most of the hole as a roadway. Once pipeline construction was complete and most of the rebuild on the lower half of the course was finished, the matting was removed and the ground was reshaped to the same swales as before. All new drainage and irrigation were added through the entire hole and new soil and turf topped it off. It's looking fresh!
